FOUNDATIONS

These classes are especially designed for those who want to either start learning Jiu Jitsu or self defence. Anyone from ages 14 to 90 are able to attend these classes and enjoy Jiu Jitsu’s benefits.

GI

This is how Jiu Jitsu is traditionally taught. With the gi simulating clothes you’ll learn how to use leverages that will enable you to execute a throw and control your opponent more efficiently – you will be able to test the techniques learnt during sparring.

NO GI

Great both for fitness and self-defence. In these classes you will learn how to defend yourself both in standing and on the ground and be able to practise your techniques during sparring.

KIDS

Our structured approach guarantees that every child can have fun while learning new skills and abilities in a safe environment. Jiu Jitsu will help your child develop higher concentration levels, self-confidence and discipline. Every class is designed to boost physical, mental and emotional health through exercise and fun.

PRIVATE CLASS
